      No direction or guidance from bosses Top management doesnt even have any goals in mind No marketing budgets leading to zero quality work There are two parallelly running marketing teams who can't even speak to each other leading to utmost chaos Name calling and dirty politics Full of yes men and women

      - Good product and goals. - very good HR team

      Cons

      - No training material and no documentation - Senior member has different level of attitude and never listen to you. - Never accept or listen to your ideas. Never ready for feedback - No training and they will put you directly on emails. If you have problems, everyone will scream on you. - no work life balance. - No value of your work

      Excellent Product and Tech stack. Great learning for tech nerds

      Cons

      Dominated by few arrogant and egoistic people who are slowly killing the company. If you dont say yes to them you are harassed till you leave and HR just keeps watching knowing the truth.
