I couldn't find any pro expect that the business is doing great due to tons of sales
Cons
Manager yell at you. Top executives scream at everyone and try to intimidate you. This is not a good environment for anyone. I took a risk coming here and left a great job and then I came into a toxic environment thinking that I would have the opportunity to change the department but they don't want leaders, they want yes men that can take a good yelling and not talk back.
