Pros

Free meals provided and the pace makes the time go by fast. Good for someone looking for a very active, fast-paced environment.

Cons

The workload is completely unfair. Cashiers must handle the front of the house and all delivery app packaging alone. Many times, the kitchen staff finishes their tasks but refuses to help the cashiers. Also, do not expect 40 hours; the average maximum is 35 hours per week. You must also accept that you will work every single weekend without exception.

Pros

Easy to learn You get a meal per shift If you speak spanish, you'll make friends. If you don't you will learn spanish

Cons

The culture includes gossip between staff Because we're a minimum-wage role, management doesn't really do much to foster a good work culture. It feels like you're super replaceable
