      Very skilled and hard-working team with a strong work ethic. Lots of room for autonomy, ownership, and success in all roles. Startup environment where the canvas is more blank than not allowing creativity and innovation.

      Cons

      Can be fast-paced and stressful at times, role lacks structure and internal organization. This is a pro for some people but can lead to confusion for others.
