Great place to start and grow as a developer

GwayERP was my first workplace as a Developer, and it truly played a foundational role in shaping my career. It was here that I transitioned from a beginner to a confident developer, thanks to the steep learning curve and continuous opportunities to grow. The work environment was positive and supportive, with a great culture that encouraged both professional and personal development. One unique aspect I appreciated was how the company motivated employees to develop good financial habits, like saving money—something that had a lasting impact on me. I was also given the opportunity to take ownership of a new web application project for a manufacturing company. The trust and responsibility placed in me early in my career significantly boosted my confidence and skills.
Cons
Initially, the company provided breakfast and lunch, which was especially helpful for employees staying in PG accommodations. Unfortunately, this benefit was discontinued later on.
