Culture's changing. Ever since the company that bought them out went Public, there's been a huge focus shift that killed the culture they used to have. They don't support marketing initiatives. Executives are still trying to figure out what new direction they're going in. ***Most of these issues are not directly Gyft's fault as they just don't have control of their marketing budget-- their parent company does.

Lack of direction from the CEO and the leadership team was clueless most of the time. Employee moral was mostly negative. FirstData acquiring the company was the beginning of the end for the company. I wouldn't be surprised if they're out of business in another year or two.
