A high turnover rate. Expect the current employees to cover the resignees' work without any additional pay. A dead-end job. A job with no progression even though with outstanding work performance. Be prepared to do backlog work. No increment in salary. An employee is entitled to 10 days of annual leave. Disorganized company with a lack of proper planning and control.
