Do NOT apply here. They’re not good people.

Pros

They treat you great until they don’t want/need you anymore.

Cons

They let you leave your secure job thinking it’s a good move. They don’t care about you, your family, your kids. No warnings, no verbal feedback. Just fire you on the spot and with no given reason. They talk about culture and being humble and having transparency. It’s a joke. Do NOT apply here. You’re better off somewhere else. Your employment here can last a week, a month, a year. I’ve seen many get let go, moved here and from across the country and then in an instant because they do not like you or agree with your personal life , how you talk, how you walk, or if you blink too much..you’re fired. This is the most insecure job and company I’ve ever seen. I regret fully working for these people.

Pros

This company is completely remote which gives very flexible work conditions. They offer unlimited PTO and gave employee discounts on their supplements as well as access to a nutritional/accountability coach. The people were all great to work with and all showed up everyday ready give it their all.

Cons

The CEO’s(owners), although extremely driven, have done a poor job running their business and caring for their employees. Over 2019, they restructured their business model twice causing month over month tidal waves of layoffs(their biggest layoff of the year happening two weeks before Christmas) and hemorrhaging of revenue while still managing to spend an excess amount of money flying their executive team to meet for quarterly meetings. They lied to their clients and sold them products that were not tested and cost their clients money and leads. They lied to their team about business results or merely lacked important data that affected individual department success as well as overall company success. Knowing their failures, they still push to diversify their offerings and expand their product lines before any sustainable success in their core service. They fail to train their employees on new releases, betas, or internal systems setting their entire team up for failure, and in turn, continued to hurt their clients.

Pros

After you're fired (which is about 90% likely in your first few months), you'll appreciate the long forgotten time with family, having a moment to actually eat something during the day, and generally having a sane life again

Cons

You may forget you have a family, you'll barely have time to eat during your 12 hour days, and you generally won't have a life. If you aren't doing the 3 steps above, you probably won't be there long. And if you are doing those 3 steps, you may still get fired because it wasn't enough.

Hello- Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We understand this is a “hard” place to work and is not for everyone. Startups do not have as much “work life balance” as many other jobs, however that is also on you to leave if you truly did not enjoy your job. If you are unhappy you always have the freedom of choice. As do we have the freedom to run the company how we feel is best to attract and propel the right people - which we are unapologetic about. When a company doubles year over year there’s often higher than normal turnover because each job changes as the growth occurs that is why our core tenant is Grow or Die and we speak to this so much and are upfront of what it takes. I suggest in your next endeavor to avoid this kind of work place and seek somewhere less fast paced with more stability and comfort. Please feel free to reach out to the Human Resources department if you have any other feedback that you would like to provide. Thanks.
