- A good place for interns and recent graduates to kickstart their careers - The staff and boss are friendly - You will get occasional office vacations to expensive and interesting places
Cons
- The salary is significantly below the minimum pay standards for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant - There is an imbalance between the amount of work required and the compensation provided (not worth the hassle) - The environment may not be the best for individual growth
