      Everything basically, from consumers, to Management, Top to Bottom, excellent Non For Profit Corp! Staff was extremely supportive, along with Management, and all the way up. They are caring, down to earth, understanding, nice, and they recognize your hard work.

      engaged board, understanding supervisors, good pay and benefits (for the field), promotes from within, spending time with residents, flexible

      field doesnt pay well, sometimes residents can be unappreciative, sometimes long hours when short-staffed
