Occasionally organised team-building activities. Some supportive and hardworking colleagues who are genuinely kind.
Cons
Awful bosses (Hungary CEO & CFO): Leadership lacks morals and professionalism, often engaging in gossip about staff to other team members, shaming employees for their appearance, and openly mocking them behind their backs. No work-life balance: You're expected to work overtime without pay, bring your laptop on holidays, and stay accessible 24/7—even on sick leave or annual leave. Boundaries are non-existent. Toxic environment: Management fosters a culture of fear and disrespect rather than support and growth. There's no real leadership—just bullying and micromanagement.
