      The company is in a growth stage, moving from a start up to a scale up. The work is interesting and challenging. Pay and benefits are good. Teams are hardworking and supportive. Plenty of scope to grow with the business

      Cons

      The work is hard and there is no hiding behind processes and bureaucracy so might not suit everyone. Some managers are more supportive than others.

      This company is ran like a crime syndicate. From the misogynist, inappropriate and racists management to the poor systems. The job market is hard but avoid like the plague
