Cons
The policy of ordering 1 item per person/not giving an extra cup for the teapot sometimes drives people away. When there's the golden hour on weekends, they only have a person on the counter serving cakes for to-go cakes and for the whole restaurant, meaning that sometimes it takes too long to serve 1 piece of cake to a guest (around 15-20 min), of course they get annoyed. The tips are shared equally from Monday to Friday (pool tip) - meaning that if a coworker only works one day, he/she also gets tips from the other days. Everyday at least one co-worker will not come to work with a same-day notice, and most of them do not come to work on the weekends because they are "sick" or "family matters" leaving the restaurant understaffed. It takes weeks (sometimes months) before you are allowed to make a transaction for the customers, even for cash. It also takes weeks for them to know if you are ready to prepare teas and drinks.
