There was my biggest mistake to join this organization & there is no pros about this company which i could tell you.
Cons
complete show off ... There is no job responsibilities given to the employee,narrow minded managers who have no knowledge about their responsibilities and how to take work from their subordinates. You will be down mined and have to face the music in case you shared any advise to your bosses. No chance of growth as i have seen people sitting and heating their assess since decade still they are at the same level, those people are also been institutionalized there. Guys do not think of joining this company or else you would regret hard later..............
