Fantastic work environment without micro managing. Great staff to work with Relaxed atmosphere Neighborhood feel with it's guests Interesting conversations New and Old people who come in to build relationships with can spice your day up a bit The Owners Care about their employees and staff Fair pay There can be a lot to learn if one is ambitious enough
Cons
Can be dull work that isn't very engaging. It's an unfortunate part of this job however it comes with the territory.
