Long Hours, Compensation Concerns, and Final Settlement Issues
Pros
Early career learning and responsibility.
Cons
I worked here for one year as a Flutter Developer. I experienced issues with my final salary settlement after resignation despite completing my assigned responsibilities. As of my departure, my pending final salary amount remained unpaid. During follow-up discussions, I was explicitly asked to bring my father to the office to resolve the matter. As an adult professional handling my own employment contract, I found this inappropriate and not reflective of a professional work environment. Work hours were regularly extended (often 10–12 hours per day), and six-day work weeks were common. Weekend work was frequently requested and treated as routine rather than exceptional. There was no structured overtime compensation. During my tenure, I was presented with a bond agreement at compensation below market standards. After declining, I experienced a marked shift in workplace dynamics, including exclusion from key discussions and a noticeable deterioration in professional engagement. Medical leave was difficult to navigate and often questioned, making work-life balance challenging. Compensation overall did not reflect the workload and hours expected. There did not appear to be a structured HR system or a clear grievance mechanism, and processes were not always communicated transparently. Overall Recommendation: Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this organization. Candidates should carefully review working hours, compensation terms, contract conditions, and final settlement policies before accepting an offer.
