      Self scheduling, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Management is beyond awful in behavioral health, it’s all on who you know there aka nepotism, hiring unskilled brand new nurses who put the units at risk. No training, poor staffing, unsafe work environment

      Pros

      MCT was a great place to learn and grow. I worked in administration and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The patients and staff were always warm, making it easy for me to call my second home. I truly miss it.

      I can't think of any cons. Overall great place to work and grow in my career

      Poor experiences. Clicky organization, lots of Pollyanna. Coddled physicians. Palpable undercurrent.

      Pros

      Pretty facility. Nice veteran tribute in lobby but beverage service is incorrect. Good online education. Line staff are nice people, friendly Nice gift shop.

      Cons

      Line staff are let go to balance the budget. Bloody Friday's. HR not helpful to employees. Volunteers on check in desk at main entrance are too aggressive. Food service needs help, food sub par. Parking needs to be looked at, not enough visitor parking close to building. Volunteers driving trams are dangerous, nearly run you down. No bioethics committee. Policies hard to find and not up to date. Union.
