You will face non-technical managers who will never listen to any of your suggestions. HR is puppet to them you will be at risk of your job even if you give your heart to work as the ego of managers is too high here and they don’t want to listen as if they know everything.

HCL Software is disorganized, chaotic and a strategy-less company With a lack of determination in management. Some very arrogant managers. One experiences lies, deceives about missing, late, incorrect or missed bonus payments. To many power struggles between the management. Payment a mess , Business travel approval a mess to get reimbursed a mess , CRM a mess. short on resources across the regions with very high turnover. The company culture is terrible, with typical all will be better tomorrow approach....
