There don't like opinion that differ or people with brains that challenge individual, they like to bully and don't provide any encouragement to progression if your 'face' doesn't fix or you aren't a yes person... most disappointment is they love for the 'Evil' and 'bullying' individual that have no knowledge but say 'yes' nothing worse when you a good work watching the 'crap' individual get all the credit (for nothing and bad work/ management)
