      Pros

      Nice co-workers and friendly management. I loved coming into work and learning something new. Good place to skill up in multiple areas. Good location with parking spot provided for everyone. Hybrid work arrangement. Strong training on your first 1 -2 weeks where you get time to acquire a certification that you get to do during work time. Management and team leaders always recognise hard work and good customer service.

      Cons

      It can get busy at times due to how fast the company is growing.

      Pros

      Welcoming team. Good training program when you start new. The team likes to help each other out. Location is Parramatta and they provide all employees with onsite parking so this is great if you live out west.

      Cons

      Exposure to multiple clients at once is great for some people but can be difficult if you haven't worked in this environment before and can be stressful.

      • Amazing Staff - One team one dream! • Amazing Leadership Team - who care about your growth and profession! They believe as you grow so does their business! • Amazing Owners - They treat all employees as family, the true meaning of a family owned business! • Amazing Skill Development - HDIT being partnered with many vendors offered me amazing certifications and career progression! All covered! • Amazing Workplace - Never have I seen an office with the latest hands on technology and unlimited amount of coffee pods! I highly recommend HDIT as your step in the right direction in any technology career endeavours! A place where every day is different, challenging and fun! You will start small and end big always at HDIT!

      Cons

      All good things come to an end and the only con was that my time at HDIT came to an end to move onto the next stage in my career. A place I will always miss and memories I will always cherish!
