Major con of the job was eight hours of calling. Out of the 9 hours, you get 30min lunch break and about the remaining 30min it depends on you when you want to take it. It is mandatory to be on seat taking calls for 8hours without that you can't go home back untill you finish it up.
Another con is the working hours, for the first month working hours will be from 9:30-6:30 then it will be changed. For girls working hours will be from
7:00am-4:00pm
8:00-5:00
9:00-6:00
10:00-7:00
10:30-7:30
And for boys it will be
11:00-8:00
12:00-9:00
1:00-10:00
2:00-11:00
3:00-12:00
Every week Preference will be taking from you which working hours you want work in. If you are a girl and working from 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00 shift you will be given extra 200rs each day you take such shifts. Same thing is for boys who work in shifts from 2:00-11:00 or 3:00-12:00.
There is no fix holidays you get. You will be given off one full and one half day in a week. You will have to give preference when you want the half day and full day off, one week back. There is no fix holidays on national holidays such as diwali or independence day. If you are working on such days you get 500rs or an extra holiday which can be used within the next 30 days.
Major reason i left the job was the pain i was getting in ears from 8 hours of calling everyday. So if you don't have problem in that then only join here. I had 18 total people who were in my batch, we all had joined together. Within the first 4 months 7 out of 18 had already left the job.
