      Occasionally some free gear but you're made to feel like you've been given much more. It's a "big" brand name on your CV. That's literally it.

      Cons

      Zero benefits. Basic holiday allowance. Zero career progression. No bonuses. Zero culture. You do not feel valued. Serious issue with ethics inside the workplace (racial and gender specific).
