Amazing health/mental health benefits. A wonderful team of employees. Great CEO

Cons

Sales team was very difficult to work with and management preferred you give into their unacceptable behavior since they brought the money in. Difficult to be seen as a valuable employee in this position due to the behavior of some of the sales team.

Healthy engineering culture, passionate people, team first mentality.

Cons

I was part of a large layoff (more than 50% of team) fairly quickly after relocating for this position. I understand this decision wasn't personal, it was still a very difficult situation for me to manage personally.
