      Pros

      There was a flexible work life balance here and the people were absolutely amazing. Very laid back people but very hard-workers.

      Cons

      Office is in Humble, TX which is a hike if you live int he city. Not much investment into resources (software, processes, etc.) Run like a startup so not much structure.
