      Great company to work depending on manager

      Pros

      Great company culture, friendly welcoming people in general. Great benefits such as flexitime, working from home up to 2 days a week. Good pension policy.

      Cons

      The onboarding process and work atmosphere can be dreadful with the wrong manager. There is a few manager that aren't worth working with but that is a luck game.
