Pros
Remote work was nice. The work wasn’t super difficult.
Cons
A very young disorganized startup with an important mission but little resources. Team members are essentially a team of 1 and expected to take on many roles not commiserate with pay. Everyone is stretched thin so little help or support from staff is provided. Work life balance doesn’t exist in an election cycle (on call 12 hrs/day 7 days a week).
