      - You'll learn a lot, very quickly - Get your hands on everything

      Cons

      - Sink or swim environment - Generally low company morale/high turnover - Can be disorganized as you're pulled in different directions by different team leads - High stress environment/can find yourself in situations well above your experience level - Benefits can't really compete with most corp environments
