      Great place to work. Supportive colleagues and management. Enough independence but with clear objectives and support to achieve company and personal goals. Supported my professional development outside of work as well which was great!

      Strong organisational values and reputation . Highly capable team 100% committed to the needs of clients. Respectful and inclusive team working where all are well supported. Opportunities to work with some of the most innovative, pioneering and influential clients in health, social care and education.

      Not a con but could be for some - high standards of commitment and dedication required so not for those who are not prepared to offer this

      Pros

      I have worked for HLTH Compliance since March 2025 and this is honestly the most rewarding role I have ever had. There is a warmth and passion underpinning the organisational culture and I feel my work is valued and appreciated. I have a great relationship with the team and have found that the CEO's honest and transparent leadership makes HLTH Compliance a great place to work.

      Cons

      I wish I'd started my role sooner as I'd be further forward with the improvement journey I'm on.
