I really enjoyed working here. The team has a genuinely friendly and supportive culture, and my colleagues make it a great place to come to work each day. Senior leadership are approachable, listen to feedback, and make employees feel valued and don’t apply pressure or micro manage. There’s always support available when needed, and it’s clear the company cares about creating a positive working environment. There are always company wide training meetings which makes you feel included in wider conversations across the business as well as having really great partner companies such as H&S and Insurance. I’d happily recommend it as a great place to work.
