      Good health insurance benefits and PTO

      Cons

      Poor leadership at C-level; unqualified and ineffective leaders with no sense of how to guide their teams So-called 'Product' team is useless and has no idea how to positively impact the business CEO is arrogant and hasn't really done anything other than firing a few people

      Pros

      - Cool watches come through the doors on a regular basis - The editorial team works on some fun projects sometimes - If you look the part of the ideal "Hodinkee" brand image, you will be favored heavily and rise quickly

      Cons

      - Working on the commercial side of the company? Good luck. Executive leadership has absolutely zero clue how to run a commercial business. - Finger pointing is leadership's favorite hobby with not a solution-oriented bone in their bodies - Sexism and discrimination in the luxury watch industry is rampant and shows no sign of being curtailed anytime soon. Hodinkee tries to rise above it but you definitely still feel its effects internally. - CFO is beyond unqualified - New CEO has a (not so great) reputation in the industry and has yet to prove otherwise - Outlook is bleak

      Pros

      I was able to work remotely.

      Cons

      1. Terrible management and direction, clueless leadership. 2. Money gets thrown around and at things and “strategies” that hurt instead of help 3. If you speak up against poor performance you will lose your job 4. The CEO is just cleaning house to hire all his old friends from Farfetch 5. Waste time with meetings and discussions on anything but things that will turn a profit for the company
