Hope provides great temporary assistance to veterans in need, however this company needs to be completely restructed and needs to hire more case workers and divide some of the responsibilities so people arent over worked. The onboarding process was about a month and then there was about a week after before assigned clients. There is no work-life balance, it is a lot of repetitive work that makes it very tedious and overwhelming. After training, you are just expected to be an expert, constantly being told you can be written up for not doing something, staff improperly trained, way to much information to retain just during onbaording. Case workers and managers both overworked. Often times, getting contacted after hours or being told if you can work all night or weekends just to get something done. Always something changing or you have to go back and correct. High turnover rate, which doesnt make sense. Just make the changes to retain good people or it will be a never ending cycle. Honestly, the CEO should clean house and get younger individuals who may have better ideas at restructuring, old staff stuck in there ways
