Fun environment Nice office Good facilities You get to read books written by C suite
Cons
Poor guidance. Support services like Marketing, BD etc are extremely unhelpful and add to your workload delaying deadlines. Bottom line is definitely primary focus and growth without the structures in place to sustain the growth. Poor process clarity and process guidance. Minimal remedy or grievance redressal options if issues with superiors.
