      Pros

      I was an intern at HRC during my last semester in college. The owner Sandy worked with my school schedule to accommodate a part time position for me. She gave me some great resources and training I will never forget.

      No cons, it was such a great environment to work at.

      Excellent, team oriented, collaborative work environment, to put it simply we care about one another and have fun!!!! We are committed to excellence in our deliverables to our clients each and every time. This is the reason we exist! HRC's founder genuinely cares for each member of the team and offers a nurturing environment for personal and professional growth. And, with this we have the atononomy and accountability in our work, our schedules and our own development. Pay, benefits and time off are above market and have ALWAYS been very fair.
