Work here if you hate yourself

Pros

The metro is right in front of the building. The once in a year get together parties are held at really expensive places where the bosses can feel good about themselves and be all pretentious while no one else is really enjoying.

Cons

3 bosses in the company. One is a self obsessed micro manager.. his way or the highway. Second one is a lunatic who needs severe help..screams horrible vulgarities throughout the day cursing at clients and candidates while banging things around. Third one is reasonably sane and manage his team right however has no say in the company decisions. Working hours are insane. 815am-630pm without a lunch break. If you have no life, you can work here. Commission structures are pathetic. Micro management at its peak, it’s so bad that even colleagues don’t dare to speak to each other. Pin drop silence. No HR. No feedback is required as it goes on deaf ears. It’s the bosses way or the highway. Caution: Even if you try to leave them, they will try not to pay you by threatening you with stuff/ manipulating their way through so that they can pay as little as possible. No leadership qualities, no rewards, no motivation, no team spirit, no flexibility. Just work work work and even if you are sick, make sure you go to work otherwise you will receive a horrible email saying that medication is easily available at pharmacies. To summarise, work here if you want to give your soul off for no money at all. Morning floor meetings held at HRSource are for the sole purpose of making their staff feel completely useless and demoralised so that they can start the week on a rockbottom low .

Pros

Their location right in front of the metro station, convenient if you don't drive. The team members are young so very friendly atmosphere overall (except the management and couple of people who probably have some issues as they are the only ones who dont leave this hell).

Cons

Terrible salary: all employees are at a really bad salary, they try to extort as much as possible and they keep hiring people with no experience to pay as little as possible. Commissions are also very low compared to what other agencies pay. Pay disparity: people with same qualifications and level of experience are offered completely different salaries. Terrible timings: the timings are 8:15 to 17:45 with no flexibility whatsoever. They call people out for coming just few mins late or for taking breaks to go out. You are expected to just stay at your desk and keep working. One of the cofounders has directly and shamelessly spoken to several employees about why they leave exactly at 5:45, he directly asks people to stay longer without any extra compensation or even appreciation. Favoritism: the company is full of this, their favorites keep getting promoted, while they treat others like trash. Sometimes they do silent firing (they stop giving roles to a specific employee) in the hopes that that person will resign herself. Micromanagement: one of the cofounders there who manages the tech team micromanages like no tomorrow, he specifically checks how many profiles people have viewed or inmailed every week rather than just focusing on how they deliver on roles or get placements on roles. While the other cofounder is much better, this one is terrible to work under. No transparency: they dont even announce if anyone resigns or gets fired or gets hired. No announcements whatsoever. The office is sadly full of gossip due to their poor leadership and lack of communication. Failure to give feedback: they just fire interns or even permanent employees who dont do well rather than giving constructive feedback and trying to give them training and guidance. They clearly have no intention of helping people grow. They also sometimes send out passive aggressive emails to get a point across rather than directly speaking to an employee about a mistake of theirs. Absence of empathy: they dont care if anyone is sick, they refuse sick leaves and deduct them from salary or force to take annual leave and if someone has taken too many sick leaves, they say any other sick leave will be unpaid, even if the employee has been a loyal employee for months or years. Even if someone tells them they're pregnant, instead of being happy for that person, they look annoyed because that person will need extra leaves. They really feel no empathy whatsoever. No farewell: its very sad that they don’t do farewells for anyone, especially when someone has worked there for 2 years and still not even a cake or any small gesture. They are just bitter whenever someone leaves. Unfairness and no sick leaves: they dont give sick leave during probation, which is fine as per law but its funny that they dont think about the law when they expect you to work on your days off or on the weekends or extra hours, but when you really need a sick leave, its suddenly "we have the right by law", hilarious. Their receptionist: Everyone notices she does all the HR and admin work, she handles visa, insurances, contracts, lots and lots of things yet they wont give her an HR or admin title, probably so she doesnt leave them for better opportunities, just sad. Terrible business acumen: they work with big companies, but they are not smart about who they work with as they mostly work with companies who work with several agencies themselves or have big internal TA team, this means that all employees working the roles barely have any chance of getting jobs closed. This is just not a smart way of running a business. Not to mention that even if a role has been open for a year or more, they keep asking someone to work on that same role for months, but this might also be a part of silent firing. People who joined HRsource made the mistake of not reading through glassdoor before joining, I hope this review saves someone from regret of joining this company.

DONT WORK HERE

Pros

Made some really good friends

Cons

Honestly don't know where to begin working here is a solid "NO" because it is entirely built on favoritism, and the only benefit that is offered is a minimum salary and commission. They micromanage everything and will fire you at any time without giving you a notice period. They have no empathy for their employees, and you have to ask them for your rights, including sick leave, commissions, and annual leave. There is no growth here. You are expected to learn everything on your own there is no training everything you learn is from your coworkers or on your own you are not permitted to take extended breaks and you are expected to eat at your desk. They are never satisfied with any amount of work you do for them because they treat their employees poorly, no matter how much time or effort you put in, they will always criticize you. There is no team interaction in this office everyone is glued to their chairs. In order to contact clients and candidates, you are not even provided with a phone, which is unacceptable. Oh, and don't even get me started on the false narratives they tell every employee about themselves they are conceited and only care about themselves and what they have endured throughout their entire lives to get to where they are, They will constantly criticize this generation, pointing out how dysfunctional they are, even though they only hire people from this generation. They will do this by using deceptive methods to make you believe they care about you (don't fall for that they don't). No matter how many deals you close, they will never be satisfied and will always have a poor opinion of you, lowering your self-esteem and confidence. And don't even get me started on the terrible working hours. Another major problem with this place is that there is only one bathroom available for both men and women.
