      Pros

      Having worked here 5 years, for me this is a brilliant place to work. I have been developed, educated and supported as my life has evolved whilst being employed by HR Star. It is a fun and collaborative work environment, with the variety of work and clients keeping it interesting.

      Cons

      They aren't cons, just the reality if working for a consultancy that you need to be comfortable with. Pace, changing priorities, agility in terms of managing clients expectations along with your own diary.

      Pros

      You can take on a lot of work if that is what you want. Benefit package is better than some employers.

      Cons

      High staff turnover for a company that usually employs 4-5 people - I was there for less than a year and I saw three people quit on the spot due to a severe breakdown in relationship with the Managing Director Managing Director and Operations Manager used a public channel on the internal communications software to say horrific things about employees and neither apologised when the content was found - this included violence against an employee, discriminatory language regarding mental health, and threats of sacking team members for not being active enough on the company whatsapp group.
