High staff turnover for a company that usually employs 4-5 people - I was there for less than a year and I saw three people quit on the spot due to a severe breakdown in relationship with the Managing Director Managing Director and Operations Manager used a public channel on the internal communications software to say horrific things about employees and neither apologised when the content was found - this included violence against an employee, discriminatory language regarding mental health, and threats of sacking team members for not being active enough on the company whatsapp group.
