If you’re a motivated individual, this is a good opportunity. It’s a sales organization run by a someone in the trenches with you. Based on my conversations with friends, that seems rare. Hours are very reasonable. Pay is solid even though the market has been tough the last year
Cons
Lots of good days and bad days. Hard to stay level headed. Sometimes you can feel discouraged when you don’t get meetings.
