Remote working, can work everywhere, work life balance

Cons

The team leader frequently requests immediate meetings without prior notice or scheduling. Even in a remote working setup, meetings should be planned and communicated in advance to ensure proper preparation and availability. Lack documentation and still have many issue in they are system
