Higher level are very rude sometimes

The employees are true sports and fought through one crisis after another. And that's all there is really.

Some people live on an entirely different plane. So reality, however bleak, doesn't faze them. That leads to series of HiPPO decisions, which snowballed into a sinking boat. As the boat was sinking, they managed to prioritize another project that if you spends 5 minutes looking at evidences, you will see clearly that it will tank, similar to if not worse than a project that was being decommissioned. They happen to lead this company.
