The Management Single-handedly Crushed Their Own Hopes And Dreams Along With The Employees'

Pros

The employees are true sports and fought through one crisis after another. And that's all there is really.

Cons

Some people live on an entirely different plane. So reality, however bleak, doesn't faze them. That leads to series of HiPPO decisions, which snowballed into a sinking boat. As the boat was sinking, they managed to prioritize another project that if you spends 5 minutes looking at evidences, you will see clearly that it will tank, similar to if not worse than a project that was being decommissioned. They happen to lead this company.

Pros

Remote works. Team are nice. Work life balance. Even tho deployment happen twice a week on the night. Team Lead very helpful.

Cons

Currently having a trouble with funds. Employee got paid late since June. Management don't show transparency and keep it for themselves.

Liquidity issues - beware as there are pay cuts and pay delays with no warnings/transparencies Career progression stagnates and people become complacent/lazy/resistant to change No transparency in company movements (e.g change in company policies, investors) Management has no clear direction/ at the mercy of investors and are quite partial
