making friends through out the years being there and watching them move on to better things that work for there family life.
Cons
powder area in this work due to running hot mix for customers supplies of goods for final finish goods to be used . every customer has different types of what they want and we ran different speeds to get the job done . sometimes the job would be not correct due to speeding up machines to complete orders . not very clever for on demand products .try doing the kanban not always working at the correct time. the term helping others some time didnt come full circul.management and floor staff not always on the same path on moving forward.
