      Salary, Your own office, cleanliness

      Cons

      Management doesn't tell you anything about your job, just expects you to "figure it out". All the posts about the CEO throwing his phone are true! Now all employees have to go through metal detectors and looks like a wand/pat down because they dont trust their employees. Everyone goes to lunch at the same time but most people go in their cars, there is no team work, everyone looks like they hate it there and every manager is rude. Also the company is shady AF! Free cell phones but they push to have people sign up even if they dont need it, taking the government money. Money is good but DONT WORK HERE!

      - Their paychecks clear - They treat anyone not an employee with respect

      Cons

      - Workers receive negative feedback constantly, with no clear direction from management. - Unhealthy work environment that is run on fear tactics - No positive/ constructive feedback, only constant criticism and negativity

      Pros

      None. This place is so tightly micro-managed, boiling down to getting a pass to go to the restroom. If you are Vietnamese and enjoy working in a sweat-shop environment, with no freedom, in constant fear of being yelled at, and dont care for your personal safety, this is a great place to be!

      Cons

      Um...everything that you would expect a normal company to operate like, this is the exact opposite.
