      Strong theme of personal and career development that is well supported Lots of experts in the team that are very helpful Improving all the time in terms of management support Teamwork culture is very strong and collaborative Exciting work and always opportunities to involved in new projects

      Pros

      Supportive work culture with a focus on holistic health. Opportunities to learn new therapies and patient care techniques. Good exposure to clinic operations and health tech. Collaborative team environment with diverse roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Clinic can get very busy, leading to long shifts. Operational workflows could be streamlined further. Limited career progression within certain roles.

      Poor management and leadership from CEO

      Pros

      Team members were great people to be around. Staff perks with therapies.

      Cons

      This company has an extremely high staff turnover. The CEO bullies staff, especially when sales are down. The CEO has no respect for his employees. Team morale was usually low. Salaries did not reflect the level of work we did. Managers and team members were fantastic, but no one could change the way the CEO led the company. It is a great business idea, but unfortunately it will never succeed with poor leadership.
