      Pros

      All the employees are extremely nice and welcoming. More senior employees are willing to teach and patient with interns. Made my experience fun.

      Cons

      Can potentially work a lot of overtime, can be good and bad depending on how you view it.

      Pros

      Management looks out for each employee. The support given by management is shown through the amount of teamwork the employee's demonstrate. Employee's go above and beyond and are shown appreciation for their efforts. Great company to work with that focuses on growth of the individual !
