Department head with cunning mind who's eagerly hunting to takeover the entire management system. You have to work like slave under him. You haven't seen this kind of human in entire life. Whatever he thinks that's right. The management itself has been in same way. He doesn't allow you to grow personally/Officially from certain level. He doesn't treat you well. He will compare your personal with office works. You don't allow to speak someone casually. you should have been watched/questioned periodically like psycho behaviour. People who are looking for store/finance department, pls don't come to this company.
