Poor management. Went through 2 managers so far. False promises of growth and advancement. they tell you that if you show them your dedication, you will move up within the company. Facility is overrun by Seattle and Germany. This place is non-functional. They forced extra responsibilities on me that I was not hired to do and blamed me when I failed to meet their expectations. Customers are always agitated with quality of work performed by staff due to everyone being undertrained for their duties yet they expect you to just know everything and do the job perfectly without mistakes. They hire new people and pay them more than they pay the higher staff. It makes absolutely no sense. Benefits are TERRIBLE. Literally 1/3 of your paycheck will go towards healthcare benefits if you have a family. They don't pay you travel time. They WILL deduct 30 minutes every day you work, even if you worked less than 8 hours and even if you worked through your lunch break. HR does not care about the facility. We had an incident with an employee and a weapon involved and HR literally told us "Thank you for your opinion." Germany and Seattle will always minimize their employees. Every day is chaotic, highly stressful for no reason, and a toxic place to work. There is absolutely no job security here no matter how good you are at your job. Please don't even waste your time and energy!
