No opportunity to grow as company have less employees due to the environment and less benifits, even rules are very different compare to other professionals company in the market only old employees are their all the new once left easily due to the work, improper agendas of working and blame games, only they have London based client but the approch is like a small scale organization only due to some old employees the company stand in the market otherwise it will down by zero as the approach is not professional at all the reveiws are right the CEO have some temper issues and employees get abuse from him if the work is not according to him, he only priority him most rather than market needs and client requirements, employees are just an slave no freedom on work You will feel frustrated in one week due to the high expectations from you, as in social they have very less reach even they are a social media company they need to approach differently to grow in market and team size is just 2 and 3 , and all client is handled by then only
