Pros

Co-workers were great, and are a group of dedicated people to work with.

Cons

Management is another story. They manage by fear and intimidation. Workers are in constant fear of loosing their jobs. This is not the way to motivate people.They are determinded to make Customer Care into a Call Center. They've got it headed into the wrong direction.

Decent products and pay is good if you know how to negotiate.

Cons

No-one in a middle management role knows what to do about the constant changes mandated from senior management. Not 1 ounce of leadership and morale is constantly very low.

+45 hour work week for most employees. +Above par benefits (Exceptional vacation for employees who started before 2013)

Cons

-Swizz CEO has a strong dislike for Americans -Finger pointing culture with lack of root cause analysis -Executive level managers are engaged in self serving political chess matches that often results in poor treatment of subordinates. -Below average pay -Employees are often fired without cause
