We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Compensation is an important part of feeling valued and supported in any role, and we understand how frustrating it can feel when pay does not align with expectations or industry standards. Pros

It could have been a great place to learn if the atmosphere was not suffocating and management did not make every day unbearable.

Cons

The job, the people, and leadership were some of the hardest I have ever dealt with. Constant micromanagement and interference made every task slower, more frustrating, and completely exhausting. Nothing about the work felt smooth or manageable.

We want this firm to be exactly what you described: a place where people can genuinely learn and grow. We are sorry your experience did not meet those expectations. A suffocating atmosphere and an unmanageable workload are conditions nobody should have to face, and your feedback indicates we need to investigate how leadership can best support the team day to day. We take this seriously and are committed to making real changes. Please feel free to reach out to Adela Zepcan, Director of Human Resources, if you want to share more about your experience, because we are listening.
