Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working at Hadley Designs. The team is collaborative, creative, and genuinely supportive. Leadership trusts employees to take ownership of their work while also providing guidance and encouragement when needed. One thing I appreciate most is the positive company culture — everyone works hard, but there’s also a strong focus on teamwork and respect. The environment is fast-paced in a good way, with lots of opportunities to learn new skills, contribute ideas, and grow professionally. The company is especially great for people who are self-motivated, organized, and enjoy being part of a creative and evolving business. Overall, it’s been a rewarding experience and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had at Hadley Designs.

Cons

Lots of moving pieces, so it can take a bit of time to learn how everything fits together and stay fully aligned across projects. As the company grows and moves quickly, there’s also a learning curve in getting used to shifting priorities and different workflows.

Pros

Genuinely meaningful work — building educational and faith-based products for kids means the output has real purpose beyond just hitting sales targets Fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environment (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify) means you learn a ton across platforms instead of getting siloed Leadership is hands-on and data-driven — decisions are backed by actual P&L analysis, not gut feel, and you can see how your work ties to business outcomes Strong remote/distributed team culture, we have members from the US, Philippines, Mexico, UK, and more. Heavy investment in tools, dashboards, and process documentation — you're set up to do good work, not left to figure it out alone Clear performance frameworks so expectations are transparent and growth paths are visible Room to own projects end-to-end — creator marketing, content production, listing optimization, operations — if you raise your hand, you get the reps

Cons

Fast paced! We are expected to learn a new thing each week that is relevant to our role. We are given the resources but I can see this to be a problem for people who want to have a relaxed role. Hiring process is very selective. A lot of tests, interviews, etc. This weeds out the non-fit during the selection process. The management will not settle for "good", the person needs to be the best fit for the role. But it is very rewarding once you are hired!
